Refund policy
Please choose carefully! Kirrikin does not give refunds or returns if you simply change you mind.
Exchanges can be given where goods are faulty or wrongly described. Customers will lose their right to an exchange if the goods have not been used in accordance with instructions, or have been abused or damaged. If it is unclear whether there is a manufacturing fault in the goods, Kirrikin may first seek the opinion of the manufacturer to check the validity of the complaint.
All claims where goods are faulty or wrongly described must be received in writing by Kirrikin Studio within seven (7) days of the customer receiving goods. All claims must be submitted to Kirrikin via email info@kirrikin.com . Any claims where goods are faulty or wrongly described which fall outside of this timeframe of seven (7) days will automatically be rejected.
Kirrikin endeavours to respond to your claim within an estimated timeframe of fourteen (14) days.
